By accessing or using any services provided by Webzieh Creations Limited via the baiiiz.com domain (specifically e-commerce and dropshipping services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Introduction and Agreement
1.1 Parties and Registration
These Terms govern the agreement between you, the Client, and Webzieh Creations Limited (“Webzieh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Private Limited Company registered in England and Wales under company number 13989698. Our registered date of incorporation is 19 March 2022.
1.2 Scope of Services
We provide managed hosting, complete website building, maintenance, and related digital services globally. These Terms primarily govern the e-commerce and dropshipping platform and services accessed through the baiiiz.com domain, which operate under the parent company, Webzieh Creations Limited. Services also include general web development and Digital Marketing features (via webzyner.com). These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties; no separate formal contract is required to commence services.
1.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by litigation in the courts of England and Wales.
2. Service Offering and Payments
2.1 Website Technology and Digital Platforms
Webzieh provides services for building and maintaining complete websites across various platforms. This includes general web platforms (like WordPress), dedicated e-commerce and dropshipping solutions (specifically Baiiiz), and digital marketing tools and features (specifically Webzyner).
2.2 Project Scope, Pricing, and Quotes
The scope of work, expected deliverables, and associated pricing for any project or service will be detailed in a formal quote or proposal (the “Service Agreement”).
2.3 Payment Policy
All fees for services rendered by Webzieh are extra chargeable and must be settled in full prior to the execution or delivery of the service on your website.
2.4 No Refund Policy
All payments made for services rendered, including setup fees, service fees, and recurring plan fees, are strictly non-refundable under any conditions or circumstances. You acknowledge and agree that Webzieh will not issue refunds for services already paid for or utilized.
3. Client Obligations and Conduct
3.1 Information Accuracy
The Client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during all project consultations, sign-ups, and service engagements.
3.2 Third-Party Materials and Licensing
The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights for any third-party materials, images, fonts, or code used in their projects.
3.3 Plugin Management
If a Client wishes to add a new plugin or equivalent functionality, it must be purchased by the website owner. Installation can be performed by the Client, a third party, or by Webzieh, subject to a separate, specified service fee.
3.4 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or discriminatory, including, but not limited to: spamming, copyright infringement, fraud, distribution of malware, or posting/sharing abusive content.
3.5 Content Moderation and Removal
Webzieh is not responsible for the content published on websites created for customers. However, Webzieh reserves the absolute right to immediately remove any content or block your access to our services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the content on your website is anti-social, illegal, or in breach of any applicable law or these Terms.
4. Domain Management and Domain Equity Value
4.1 Domain Registration
Webzieh Creations Limited is not a domain registrar. We do not provide free domain registration. If the Client requests Webzieh to purchase a domain, the Client must pay the actual domain registration cost plus a service fee prior to the purchase.
4.2 Domain Equity Value Program and Buyback Protection (The “Program”)
The Domain Equity Value is a discretionary program offered by Webzieh Creations Limited. This program provides an optional buyback protection to the Client under the following strict conditions:
Eligibility and Term Requirement: The Program applies exclusively to domains that are linked to a website with an unbroken, continuous, and paid Webzieh service plan for a minimum of thirty-six (36) months. The domain and the corresponding website plan must not be expired at the time of the buyback request.
Valuation Mechanism (WordPress Lock):
The Domain Equity Valuation operates through proprietary, internal locked code that cannot be altered or accessed by the Client or any third party.
From the date of the WordPress installation on the domain, the Domain Equity Value increases by $\$0.50$ every 24 hours automatically.
The accumulated Domain Equity Value is dependent on the initial WordPress installation being maintained without any subsequent changes to its core structure, themes, or content post-launch. The accumulated valuation is permanently removed upon the deletion of the installed WordPress website.
Client’s Right to Sell: The domain owner retains the full, unrestricted right to sell the domain and website to any third party at the full Domain Equity Value accumulated at that time, or at any other price.
Webzieh’s Buyback Protection Guarantee (50% Value):
This is an option for the domain owner, available only after successfully completing the 36-month Minimum Term.
If the Client, having completed the Minimum Term, decides not to continue the website plan and is unable to find a third-party buyer for the domain and website, Webzieh guarantees to buy the domain from the Client for 50% of the actual Domain Equity Value accumulated at the time of the buyback request.
This guarantee is contingent upon the domain being non-expired, in the Client’s legal ownership, and free of any legal encumbrances, liens, or trademark disputes.
Buyback Process: The Client must submit a formal Buyback Request no later than 60 days prior to the domain’s expiration date. If Webzieh executes the buyback, Webzieh will remit the current 50% Buyback Protection Value within 30 business days of receiving the properly executed domain transfer.
5. Website Maintenance and Data
5.1 Website Backups
The Client is solely and entirely responsible for maintaining backups of their website data, content, and files. Webzieh does not maintain or guarantee backups of your website.
5.2 Plan Expiration and Functionality
If a Webzieh service plan expires due to non-renewal or non-payment, the associated website and services will be suspended and will no longer function.
6. Intellectual Property (IP)
6.1 Webzieh IP
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Webzieh Creations Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our explicit written permission.
6.2 User Content IP
The Client retains all ownership rights to the content they create and upload for their website. You grant Webzieh a limited, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and host your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services.
7. Warranties, Liability, and Indemnification
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Webzieh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the total amount you have paid to Webzieh for the specific service in question over the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Webzieh Creations Limited harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
8. General and Contact Information
8.1 Data Privacy and Security
We collect and use your data as described in our separate Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access and breaches.
8.2 Service Disruptions and Downtime
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service disruptions or downtime.
8.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
8.4 Company Domains
Webzieh Creations Limited operates exclusively under the following domains: webzieh.com, webzieh.uk, webzieh.in, webzyner.com, and baiiiz.com (the primary domain for these terms). Webzieh disclaims all responsibility for services or claims made by any other domains worldwide.
8.5 Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes through appropriate means. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By creating an account or using any service offered by Baiiiz.com — including automated creation, deployment, and management of WooCommerce-based dropshipping websites — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Scope of Services
Baiiiz.com provides a managed digital platform that enables users worldwide to build, launch, and manage WordPress-based dropshipping websites powered by WooCommerce. Services include pre-integrated store frameworks, automated setup assistance, recurring hosting, and platform maintenance.
We do not support or allow the creation of websites that promote restrictively regulated products, illegal content, or any material involving nudity or adult-oriented themes.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
4. Accounts and User Responsibilities
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current information at all times.
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
5. Payment Policy and Refunds
All Baiiiz.com services, including setup, subscription, or recurring plan fees, must be paid in advance.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including those for setup, add-on services, or plan renewals.
6. Prohibited Use and Content Policy
You may not use Baiiiz.com for:
Hosting or selling restricted or prohibited products.
Distributing fraudulent, abusive, or harmful materials.
Engaging in illegal or discriminatory activities.
We reserve the right to remove any content or block access to websites deemed inappropriate or in breach of law or these Terms.
7. Guaranteed Daily Domain Value Growth (“Guarantee”)
Baiiiz.com introduces a unique investment-backed website model through a Guaranteed $0.25 Daily Domain Value Growth benefit managed under Webzieh Creations Limited.
Eligibility and Term Requirements:
Your domain must be linked to an active Baiiiz.com website plan for a continuous, unbroken period of thirty-six (36) months (“Minimum Term”).
Domains qualify only if maintained under a paid Baiiiz plan without suspension or expiration during this Minimum Term.
Daily Accumulation and Value:
Once eligibility conditions are met, the domain’s guaranteed buyback value grows by $0.25 per day for each 24-hour period maintained in an active plan.
Annualized, this equals $91.25 in predictable growth.
Buyback Terms:
The domain must be active, registered to the client, and free of disputes or encumbrances.
Any lapse or break in the plan prior to completing the Minimum Term voids all guarantee eligibility permanently.
A formal Buyback Request must be submitted within 30 days before domain expiration, after which the guaranteed value will be remitted within 30 business days following successful transfer.
This guarantee transforms your website plan into a tangible, safeguarded digital asset, ensuring significant recovery of value even if your business idea doesn’t proceed as planned.
8. Domain and Website Management
Baiiiz.com does not provide free domain registration; any domain purchase must be paid for in full by the Client.
Clients are responsible for backups, maintenance, and management of all website content.
Service suspension due to non-payment will result in loss of website functionality until reactivation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, interface designs, source code, and proprietary features on Baiiiz.com are owned or licensed by Webzieh Creations Limited.
You retain ownership of your own website content but grant us a limited, global license to host and display it for operational purposes.
10. Warranties and Limitations of Liability
The Baiiiz.com platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties.
Webzieh Creations Limited and its subsidiaries are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the preceding twelve (12) months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webzieh Creations Limited from any claims or damages arising from your use of Baiiiz.com, violation of these Terms, or uploaded content.
12. Data Privacy and Security
We collect and process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Reasonable security measures are in place to safeguard your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
13. Service Interruptions
Temporary interruptions may occur for updates, technical maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.
14. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
