Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the services provided by Baiiiz.com (operated by Webzieh Creations Limited, “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the creation and management of automated WooCommerce dropshipping websites (the “Service”). This policy is designed to protect our users, our platform, and the internet community from inappropriate, illegal, or harmful activity.

1. General Prohibitions

You agree not to use the Service, including any website created or hosted using the Service, to transmit, distribute, or store any material that:

1. Is illegal, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, or abusive.

2. Incites violence, promotes illegal acts, or is harmful to minors.

• Copyright and Trademark Infringement: You must not use the Service to sell products or display content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, and trade dress) of any third party.

• Prohibited Goods: The sale of counterfeit goods, weapons (including firearms and accessories), illegal drugs, prescription medications, tobacco products, gambling, and any product or service that requires a specific license or is highly regulated without demonstrating necessary authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. System and Network Abuse

You must not use the Service to compromise the security or integrity of our network or any third-party network, system, or computer. Prohibited activities include:

You acknowledge and agree that Webzieh Creations Limited (Baiiiz.com) acts solely as a platform provider and is not involved in the sale, shipping, customer service, or compliance of the products sold through your WooCommerce website.

• Sole Responsibility: You, the user, are solely responsible for all aspects of your store’s operations, including product quality, product safety, shipping logistics, customs compliance, taxation, and customer disputes.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Webzieh Creations Limited harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of this AUP or your operation of your dropshipping business.

5. Enforcement and Reporting

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP or misuse of the Service. We may, at our sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine that you have violated this AUP.
